CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

All cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice anything less than this time will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of your groom price exceptions may be given depending on circumstances. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without letting us know you will be charged 100% of your groom price.

Any charges must be paid in full before being able to book another appointment.

We hope you understand we are a small independent business and simply cannot afford appointments to be cancelled at such short notice.

 

LATE DROP OFF/ PICK UP

Please ensure you are dropping off and collecting your dog at the time you have been given we run on a tight schedule anything over 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in losing your appointment and a charge may be applied.

Please ensure you collect your dog at the time given, dogs left in our care for a considerable amount of time will unfortunately be charged a late pick up fee as we do not have the staff to care for your dog post groom and it may cause your dog unnecessary stress.

 

LOYALTY CARDS

All customers are offered a loyalty card for the grooming salon, if for any reason you have not been given one please ask us. Terms and conditions are as follows;

  • Card must be shown upon check out in order to receive stamp

  • Stamps will not be backdated at a future appointment if you have forgotten your card

  • Card is valid for 12 months from issue

  • If you have lost your card please inform us and we can provide a new one but stamps cannot be backdated.

  • loyalty cards are for full grooms only. 

 

MATTED DOGS POLICY/ FLEAS

If your dog is matted we may have to go shorter than the desired length, matted dogs may also incur a matting fee this is to cover the cost of getting our equipment resharpened as matted fur blunts our equiptment.

If your dog has fleas we will bath them in our flea shampoo and inform you of this so you are able to wash their bedding at home, dogs with fleas will incur a £5 charge this is to cover the cost of cleaning the salon with flea repellents to prevent spread to other dogs.

If you think your dog may have fleas please let us know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment or get your dog in when there are no other dogs present. Last minute cancellations due to fleas may incur a fee.

GROOMING ERRORS

If the groom is not quite how you wanted it to look you must notify us within 24hrs and we will try our best to fit you in to fix anything thats not quite right, please note this will be required to be done within 48hrs as we need a clean dry coat to work on anything outside of this time may incur an extra charge. 

Notes of what was done on your dog will always be written down so we know for next time if you want to go shorter, longer or the same again.
